The Foundation Year at BSTU provides the program of pre-university training enables international applicants to enter institutions of higher education. Teaching process can be conducted both in Russian and in English. The term of study is 10 months. The Graduation Certificate enables to enter any university of Belarus and the CIS countries.
The curriculum includes learning Russian / English and the subjects connected with the future speciality in profiles: economics; chemistry; physics; mathematics; informatics; biology.
The Pre-University Education program is aimed at improving your Russian/ English for admission to graduate study programs, as well as learning strategies and skills which enable students to study professional disciplines.
Form of study – full-time
List of the documents to be submitted to the International students’ office depending on the chosen study program:
- National passport with the student visa;
- Application form;
- Originals of education certificates (secondary, Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree) with subjects studied and grades received*;
- Translation of education documents;
- Medical certificate from home country;
- 8 photos 3×4.
*NOTE: original documents on previous education must be legalized in the home country.
The listed documents executed in a foreign language are simultaneously accompanied by their translation into Belarusian or Russian, certified by a notary.
Accepting applications all year round.
In the end of training, a certificate of the established form is issued.
Students of the preparatory department are provided with places in the students dormitory.
