Citizens of Ukraine permanently residing in the Lugansk and Donetsk regions have the right to enter the first stage of higher education at BSTU on the conditions provided for:

  1. citizens of the Republic of Belarus, i.e. at the expense of the republican budget or on the terms of payment provided for citizens of the Republic of Belarus, based on the results of entrance examinations in the form of centralized testing (if you have refugee status);
  2. foreign citizens and stateless persons, i.e. on the terms of payment provided for “foreign citizens”, based on the results of an interview that establishes the level of their proficiency in the language in which the educational process is carried out, in an amount sufficient to master the content of the educational program of higher education.

Citizens of Ukraine permanently residing in the territory of the Lugansk and Donetsk regions have the right to receive (continue) higher education of the 1st stage at the expense of the republican and (or) local budgets or on payment terms provided for citizens of the Republic of Belarus, if there are vacancies established by the rules admission, based on the results of the interview in the manner and under the conditions determined by educational institutions, in the event that citizens of Ukraine provide documents confirming residence and education in the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
